STATEMENT ON QUALITY POLICY

Centar za ispitivanje namirnica d.o.o ( Center for food quality research Ltd)., Belgrade is obliged to:

  • through organization and application of good professional practice, maintain high standards of service quality within all the fields of its activities: sampling, laboratory research and other activities, following the agreed requests with the users of services
  • provide standard laboratory service through fulfillment of all requests of standards SCS ISO/IEC 17025: 2006, which represents orientation of continuous character. This is to be achieved in applying standard methods of research by high quality personnel, using appropriate and calibrated equipment with optimal maintenance and improvement of working conditions.
  • fulfill the effective regulations and requests of clients as its principle aims of management systems through:
    • acquiring reliable research results,
    • respecting terms and completing researches in timely manner and
    • adequate financial compensation

    And in this way keep the prestige and reputation.

  • all the employees in the Center must be introduced to the policy and documented management system and carry out the regulations while they work. It is not allowed to make any unauthorized changes or exceptions from the regulated system.
  • pass the Internal rules on quality and introducing management system, managers of Center emphasizes their and obligation of their employees, to according to the personal authorities and responsibilities fulfill the requests of standards SCS ISO/IEC 17025 2006 and to continuously improve effectiveness of the management system.
